GPSR Regulations
Good afternoon to all my fellow suffering Sellers :)
Does anyone know if GPSR is applicable to UK Sellers who have the EFN (European Fullfillment Network) set up on their Accounts?
I have checked the forums and cannot see anything on this subject.

All that is stated on the GPSR page is...
"For listings on our UK-based store, you don’t need to submit any information to Amazon. You must, however, submit the required information for listings on our EU-based stores. For instructions, open this help page in the Seller Central website for the EU-based store, where you sell products in scope of the GPSR."

Hello there, as the previous user mentioned you currently don't need to submit any information to Amazon on your UK store. However if you sell products in the EU through EFN, the GPSR law still requires you to provide a responsible person on your packaging or accompying document. All products introduced in the EU marketplace are affected by this regulation. The local european marketplace surveilance authorities will not care how those products arrived into the EU, you as the manufacturer and importer are liable.
