Account still deactivated after video call verification

I have completed my video call verification 5 days ago. but my account still deactivated, no response from Amazon till now after video call verification. Upon video end I was told to send bank statement to the email seller-reactivation-appeals@amazon.com and i did then next day got reply (see in attached screenshot) Please if any amazon staff here can help
