Selling private label item and we're not the featured product... of our own product?
Hi,
We've recently sent our private label product to Amazon via Amazon FBA and all stock has been received at the distribution centers. We've started the listing and we don't have a "Buy Box", only a "See All Buying Options" box that lists us there.
On our inventory page we don't have a "Featured Offer" option to select an offer - it's just -- + -- . Here's a screenshot:
This is our product that'd been made by our company, of which we own the brand etc. I'm unsure why we can't sell our own product as the featured offer - as no one else will be selling it.
Any ideas how to fix this?

As above if you are a brand new seller, its no longer the case you get the Featured Offer until a sales history has been built up.
This applies to those listing as FBA as well as those doing FBM (historically this only impacted FBM sellers, but amazon are now required to treat all third party sellers equally).
Best you can do to encourage initial sales is find the Products tab in your Seller Profile - this generates a URL that gives you a page that does show you with the Buy Box. use this URL off amazon.

Same thing happened with me, I did not have a featured offer for 2.5 months. Then 4-5 days ago I became eligible for featured offer.
