Fake 1 Star Feedback / Need Help
Hey our company needs some help removing this feedback (feedback manager wont let us remove it we've tried many times, even contacting support)
Case ID: 15222208601

They left us a 1-star review because the product appeared to be "fake" this then triggered a inauthentic complaint which we promptly submitted the invoices to and beat the accusations within the week.
Since buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:
- Contains obscene language
- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information
- Entire feedback comment is a product review
- Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon
>The feedback is entirely describing the product.. being fake. which is against the feedback rules..
Please can we have a Mod who understands escalate this case because it's impacting our business legitimacy. Thank You :)
