Product and Food Safety Violations - Product Removed
Hi everyone,
About a week ago, one of our best selling products got delisted by amazon due to a product and food safety violation with no advanced notice. When we appealed the violation to seller support with all relevant safety information, we were not given any information about the violation other than that "This product causes a safety risk. Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product."
We've contacted the Executive Seller Relations team and have not received a response.
Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone been able to get a resolution?
I've found several other recent examples of where this has happened. Do you think this might be a glitch that will resolve itself? We think it is a glitch because we've been selling this ASIN without any safety concerns for over 7 years. What do other sellers here recommend?
