Brand Registry Issue NEED HELP PLEASE
Hi, my brand registry application was rejected because according to Amazon "we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form." I resubmitted an appeal but got rejected again for the same exact reason. It turns out when when I submitted the brand register enrollment application, I used lower case letters for my company name "Noor & Co" instead of "NOOR & CO" as was submitted in my trademark application through an Amazon IP Accelerator lawyer. I was informed that this would cause an issue. I notified Amazon of this in my case 15295875521 but it's been nearly a month but I haven't heard back. How do I get their attention to get help and get this issue resolved?

Hi, to whoever on amazon brand register support saw this post on the forum - thank you for your response that I have copied and pasted below. Long story short, you responded with the comment that my application currently sidelined because my account is ineligible for Brand Registry. This is because as I said in my last post, I repeatedly type the company name incorrectly (lower case letters instead of all caps as submitted in my trademark application) including in my appeal. The appeal was declined by the Abuse Prevention team again because of this reason.
You stated my "current sidelined application will get auto resumed when and only if account is found to be eligible for Brand Registry." This is exactly what I need help with - I need the abuse prevention team to look at my case ID for my brand registry (Case ID #15295875521) as I've included evidence of the pending trademark application filed through Amazon IP Accelerator with the case number 98533572 available on the US patent website (tsdr.uspto.gov) that meets all of Amazon's brand registry requirements.

Upon review we can inform that The incoming application is currently sidelined as our internal system has identified the seller's account to be ineligible for Brand Registry. When applications are sidelined, you get an option to appeal to get account verified for eligibility.
