SECTION 3 APPEALS GETTING REJECTED MULTIPLE TIMES

So I’ve been recently hit with a section 3 violation for having products with an altered expiration date. When I go to acknowledge the violation. Amazon rejects it asking for more info. However there is no way to send more info as it’s only giving me 6 boxes to check off. The other way to appeal is to send Amazon an appeal stating the deactivation was an error. My situation is a little tricky and I’m getting frustrated. I will upload pictures of the documents I received and what I’ve sent. Amazon team is requesting more info but there’s no way for me to send more. Appeals are getting rejected over and over. Tried calling customer support but they are no help. I hope this reaches a higher up.
