WRONG ITEM RETURNED

Order ID: 111-6763269-6362626 This order was back from NOVEMBER Customer made an AZ Claim, the claim was withdrawn . Customer JUST returned the WRONG item now in FEB. via tracking # 9302010949890108048250 and was refunded on the first scan THE WRONG ITEM WAS RETURNED. I cannot add info to the AZ CLAIM since the claim was withdrawn. I cannot make a SAFE T CLAIM since an AZ claim was made. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK ???
