customer support opens the A-to-Z claim without the buyer's permission
Hi Mods,
A buyer contacted customer support to check the ETA of the order.
I don't know what makes the customer support opened an A-to-Z claim? And the claim was granted immediately.
After we saw the claim, we contacted the buyer and let him know we have to call back the package.
Buyer replied, “It wasn’t my intention to make a claim, i was only asking for an update. i did make that clear to the representative. i will cancel and wait to see if it will be delivered”.
So we did not call back the package and buyer confirmed the package was delivered 2 days later.
Buyer tried to contact Amazon customer support to cancel the claim and reverse the refund.
According to Amazon customer support’s message “Claim has withdraw , A-to-Z Guarantee refund reversed. Your refund of $101.12 has been reversed and charged back to your original payment”.
But we never received the payment and the claim was counted.
We appealed the claim with signed POD, I can not believe that Amazon A-to-Z team denied our appeal even the buyer confirmed the package was received.
Please help us, the order ID is 111-9252873-8489818.

Can you confirm on what date the buyer confirmed receipt of the delivery? I do not see any confirmation was sent following your two most recent outreaches. Please let me know so I can help represent in any internal escalation.
