Section 3 on new LLC based Account

i am KHAN, a foreign living in korea

welcome everyone, I’m reaching out for advice or to hear from others who’ve gone through something similar. My new seller account was recently deactivated due to a Section 3, even i have successfully completed video call verification. I was asked to provide below documents

-- Bank account statement and credit card statement.

-- A valid government-issued photo identity document such as driver’s license or passport. The document must include the full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer if applicable and country of issuance or country of citizenship.

-- A business license, if applicable.

-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service.

What are the document requirements?

-- It must contain your name and address, the service provider's name and additional information such as the date of issue and due date, service provider's address, service provider's logo, and usage details if applicable.

-- Your name and address must be visible and match the name and address in Seller Central.

I make below mistakes during creation:

i do have 1 month old personal selling account, approved verified and ready to sell with no violation, but i use the same phone number , debit card , same computer(using same wifi connection).

so i was signing up for business account, i put llc virtual address in business section, now i am not sure whether they asking utility bill for my personal address or business address or? if utility bill for business address then it is impossible to get virtual address utility bills.

Both accounts have no listings. after submitting the documents they replied that they don’t have enough information to reactivate the account. so what is the solution? what is the safe and right way to close LLC (a headache) based account and reinstate the personal account.

Has anyone experienced something like this? What helped you move things forward? Thanks so much for any advice you can share!

If you have a single member LLC, Amazon treats it the same as a personal account and you cannot have 2.
