Items are in FC transfer status for more than 2 month.

Items are in FC transfer status for more than 2 month. Periodically items becoms available and as the resllt I have unshipped orders and blaiming messages from customer. Support say just wait. Is there any time borders for this kind of operations? For example if items in this status more than 3 month you will start investigation? As the bonus I have a lot of messages from customer who placed order on the 12 of April and now call me scammer. Please help! CASE ID 17672163321
