Brand was rejected due to abuse, complaint got robot template reply, who can help me

Our brand has been registered for 9 years and successfully approved on Amazon for many years, and was suddenly removed from the brand last year due to brand abuse.

We have tried many times to appeal but have been denied, the reason for the denial seems to be that the Amazon bots are sending out, all the same content.

Our account performance is good, there is no brand abuse, and only one account, I think it is a misjudgment, but I do not know the real reason why we are always rejected. I'm helpless and wish someone here or an account manager could help me. thank you.
