As a general rule you can't have 2 Amazon seller accounts. Are you trying to open a new Amazon seller account because your first one was deactivated?

What is the status of this old account? Please keep in mind that according to our multiple selling accounts policy found in the Seller Code of Conduct, Sellers may only open a second account under the following circumstances:
- ownership of more than one brand, and each brand has its own business
- manufacturing of products of two companies independent of each other with fundamental differences between the products
- participation in special Amazon programs that require additional accounts.
Any accounts that you own will all need to remain in a healthy status. If one of these accounts becomes deactivated, there is a high possibility that the other account(s) will also be deactivated due their connection to the initially suspended store. If the old account has been deactivated for policy violations, you will likely need to reinstate that account prior to activating your new store.
