Tracking numbers confirmation
The shipment remains in the "tracking numbers confirmation" stage for me. I sent the order via DHL and entered the tracking numbers, but it stays in red and says, "confirming tracking numbers." Then it states, "The carrier has picked up the shipment. If the package does not reach an Amazon logistics center by January 21, 2024, we will be able to conduct an investigation." However, I was initially told the deadline was until January 5. What could be happening? I don't want to lose the shipment or my products because it cost me money. Thank you.

The change of investigation date is fairly common at this time of year, as the FCs are still working through the volume of inventory received during the peak season. To look into this issue further on your behalf, would you kindly share the last four digits of your FBA shipment ID?
