What's going on with Seller Support?

Is it down for anyone else? I have an issue I need to resolve and it's been pending Amazon action for almost two weeks. Seller support chat doesn't load and when I call they say to call back because it's down. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Having said that, some basic troubleshooting steps are listed as follows:

- Clear cookies and caches.

- Disable any running scripts.

- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.

- Restart the browser.

- Try calling from a different browser.

- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
