Why is amazon charging us for two labels on one return of two items ??
This is getting out of hand. 114-2927262-3240265, order the customer states "defective" which is nonsense as he said the fabric he did not like the color. abuse of the return reason... its fabric, it is NOT defective. THAT SAID,
WHY did amazon give this customer two return labels to return two items which were shipped in the SAME PACKAGE... that means we were charged 40$ for two labels for one package.. we will get hit with the overage.. thus this return will cost us over $120 for an order that was not close to $120 in value.. the customer BOUHGT THE ITEMS TOGETHER, they did not ship in two packages... this is beyond stupid.
