Amazon removed my Brand Name & reversed it to Generic...why??

Hi there, I have been calling & emailing all day. Everyone gives me a different response it seems, and yet no one fixes the issue. When i created my original listing, I created it as GENERIC because i wasn't BRAND REGISTERED yet. A few wks later i registered for brand registry and was approved. Then I had them change the GENERIC listing and add my brand name, which they did in OCT 2023. I have a case ID and email to prove it. - FAST forward to today, i noticed a couple days ago that my brand name was REMOVED and now it says Generic again on my listing.

I have called like 10 x today & yesterday. The last cust. rep. i spoke to said that once my products ARRIVE at amazon I should :

- WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE ALL CHECKED IN AND IT'S CLOSED OUT.

- Then DELETE the Generic listing & wait 24 hrs

- Then RELIST/Recreate the same listing with the same SKU, UPC, AND ASIN

- Then i should add the Brand name to this listing .

IS THIS CORRECT? WILL THIS WORK??

I need my brand name back onto my listing! I am brand registered!!

Good Evening @Seller_7GekOmLAtMldv , I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.

Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
