Product says "available" but no numbers of inventory - says "reserved"
Hello, I'm a new seller and I sent two different products a while ago to Amazon, however any sales were made and one of them shows "Inactive (out of stock) 0 units" which is weird cause I sent 10 units and any sales were made. The other product says "Active" however fulfilled quantity shows under "reserved" and when check Amazon online, product it's not available to clients put on their cart.
Why this is happening for both of them and how to fix it?

So, your listing is available, but you have no sellable inventory. I suspect your units are in reserved_fc-processing. While there, Amazon recognizes that you have units, but are looking into something about them....do they match the product detail page? Are they packaged correctly? etc. Once they are out of processing they should go into sellable/available inventory.
