error message 8572 on ISBN when completing GTIN

I keep getting the error message below when I try to upload my new book on amazon for sale. I have an ISBN for the book I'm trying to load. The book info has been saved as a draft on Amazon. I don't understand this message and don't know what to do about it. Please help as I need to get this finished asap. Amber

Please provide them with provide them as much information as you can that I have listed below to help expedite the review of your case.

1. Product Id ( GTIN/ ISBN) number

2. Brand Name

3. Product Title

4. Manufacturer Name

5. Batch id only if the issue is feeds related

6. Screenshot of the error with the product id, date and timestamp visible in the background

Additional information required only if the product id is an ISBN :

1. Book Title

2. Book Author

3. Publisher's name of the book ( usually available in the first few pages of the book).

4. Real world Images ( no screenshots or computer generated )

5. Images of the front and back cover of the book where ISBN is printed.

6. Image of the of the book where the publisher name is written.

7. If possible, letter of authorization that the ISBN is allocated to the publisher

You may also find Author Central helpful if you are the author of the book.

Please feel free to provide me with the case ID if you need assistance after Seller Support investigates.
