with safe-t refunds that amazon pays the seller - how do you account for them?

currently if amazon refunds a customer we create a return with a return reason of refunded by amazon and mark it as refunded to the customer.

we then - where relevant create a safe-t claim - however unsure of then how to account for these, as these funds do no appear on any monthly invoices.
