My Product Reviews Getting Deleted

I am writing to escalate a serious and ongoing issue concerning the review count of one of our main Parent ASINs – B0DSYBT65K, which includes 7 child ASINs:

B0DT7N1Q1Y, B0DCQYN3DQ, B0DCQX1KJG, B0CLM7NZLX, B0CLM9Y71M, B0CLM95W6K, B0CLM6Q99X

Until recently, this parent ASIN displayed over 250+ total reviews, consistent with what we’ve built through organic growth and customer satisfaction over the past years of selling on Amazon. However, we have noticed a sudden drop in review count, which has now reduced to 226 reviews – indicating that 25+ reviews have disappeared from the product catalog. All reviews were Verified Purchase Reviews.

This unusual behavior began immediately after we added a new child variation (ASIN: B0DT7N1Q1Y) on May 5, 2025. Prior to this addition, everything was functioning correctly, and review counts were reflecting accurately. Post that addition, not only did the count drop, but we are witnessing reviews being removed on a daily basis, which has also impacted our overall rating score, dropping from 4.2 to 4.1.

I escalated this issue to Seller Support and was informed that they could see over 250+ reviews on the backend, which confirms this is not a result of negative reviews or policy violations but rather a system-level glitch. I wanted to stop by as I took a look of a few of your cases and see that you are actively working with a partner team on CASE ID ending in 5361 and they are requesting: "details of individual missing reviews as you state so that we can push our internal team for further deep dive."

Regarding a few of the other reviews that were removed, they were subject to Community Guidelines and may have been removed if they violated these guidelines. Additionally, Vine reviews are like all reviews and are subject to Community Guidelines. Vine cannot modify or remove reviews. Therefore, we are unable to retrieve these review at this stage.

Please continue to work with the Seller Support team on CASE ID ending in 5361 until the thread closes out.
