New Owner of a Trademark. Need help submitting documents to verify
Hello Amazon team, I am the new owner of a trademark. The previous brand administrator is no longer available. How do I send you all of the documents to verify me as the new owner?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and just to avoid any confusion down the road, the Amazon Seller Forums are typically Sellers helping other Sellers with the occasional Community Manager jumping in to assist where needed.
For your question, you can submit an enrollment application for the brand using the same Trademark. Since the brand is already enrolled, you will move through another workflow to provide additional detail and/or clarifying information.
To submit an enrollment application, you will need to create a Brand Registry account. All the detail you need is provided on the Launch your brand with Amazon page.
