Wrong Phone Number in “get product support” Button-55 days still unresolved
Several customers have been unable to get support from us due to the wrong phone number on the order interface, and have therefore left negative reviews on our products. After investigation with help from customers, we found that the Amazon customer order interface has a “get product support” button. After clicking in, the contact number is NOT our phone number. Instead, the phone number of another local cabinet light supplier in the United States (we found out through Google that the phone number corresponded to a cabinet light supplier with a company name similar to ours). So this phone number is wrong. As a result, customers are unable to get product support from us. This has seriously affected the shopping experience of buyers, as well as the reviews and sales of our products.
We cannot correct this error through the Seller Central. This is an Amazon system error. Afterward, we contacted various relevant teams through Amazon seller support in the hope of solving this problem, but it has not been solved for 55 days. The responses received were all "The team is still investigating". The problem was not resolved in time and we received more and more complaints and negative reviews, which affected product sales. Is there any other quick way to solve this problem? Thanks!

Have your attorney contact Amazon Legal.
You should not be misrepresented in an area where you have no control.
Amazon won't care. But an attorney contacting Legal will make them care.
