We lost the "buy box" for our products
Hi Amazon Professionals,
We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for all of our products overnight with no reasons.
Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Were you able to restore the Buy Box or did it simply resolve itself? We are having the same issue. We've been selling on Amazon for over 10 years and we have over 3,500 offers. Our Featured Offers percentage went to 0% a month ago and we haven't be able to get any offer back into the buy box despite having the best pricing, plenty of stock, and a healthy account. Our sales are down 90%
