Cannot change my otp number ..

I have changed my phone number 3 weeks ago ..

and that old phone number is where I get the otp to login my account .. so since there I cannot login on my account anymore on computer because cannot receive the code .

I have open many cases , Arround 12 ..

Or they send me a link to recovery my account wich I upload the documents wait for 48 hours but never get answer …

So I don’t know what to do anymore and saw many people with same problem.
