Account has been shut down
Hello - I am a US Seller and was opening an account in Europe and on Seller Central, I selected the UAE as a market within this region and there was an issue with this particular country. Although my US Account was approved months ago, my Europe account got de-activated because Amazon Europe was unable to verify my place of address They asked for utility bills and I do not have any utility bills in my name as I live with my parents. However, I provided my 5 official certificates of proof from the that all show my place of business residence, including 4 different business registration papers and my US Driver's license. It turns out that my US account that was initially approved also was now shut down because my European account has just been shut down due to the UAE issue. Will the 5 forms of verification showing my business residence be sufficient to get re-activated? I don't see any reason for Amazon to shut down my US account , particularly during the holiday season, after they approved it months ago.

Thank you for your post and the information you have provided. Based off what you have given here in the thread, it does seem as though you have a good understanding of what is taking place here, but I would still like to provide some assistance.

You will ultimately need to provide documentation that was requested in the form of either a utility bill. A business license may also be provided if applicable. As a workaround for the utility bill issue, if you have no some form of identification or business operations document (such as an invoice) that has the same address as your parents' utility bills, you may submit that information along with a written explanation showing the relationship to the account owner listed on the bill. We may be able to use this to complete the verification.
It should be noted that prior to submitting this information, you will want to ensure the bill has been dated within the last 90 days and all information matches to what you have on file except for the name on the bill. You can find further information here under the "Document Requirements" section of the linked help page. You will need to clarify the name mismatch (your parents' name rather than yours) within the written explanation.
Once you have resolved the European regions and UAE marketplace issues in particular, you may then come back to the US marketplace to request reinstatement of that market.
