Can't close account and can't reach Amazon support.

Someone from Amazon said they will look into my issue but the thread just got closed and I haven't heard from Amazon ever since, except that Amazon tries to Charge my card again and again for higher amounts each month.
What do I do?

For you to understand, the closure of the account is authorized under certain criteria, such as having a valid credit card registered and an active account without any deactivations.
Whenever you meet those requirements, you can request the closure of the account through the Help button on the top right of the account.
For any further support, if you don't have the ability to make a call, I suggest you to open a case to Account Health support.
