A-Z Claim denied due to USPS shipping services
We have been denied an A-Z claim because our buyer did not receive his product. We shipped via USPS using amazon shipping service.
Here are the details of tracking:
Wed, Sep 4, 2024, 2:00 PM PDT Package delayed in transit
Mon, Aug 26, 2024, 9:33 AM PDT Package left the shipper facility
We ask that somebody please help us appeal this claim since the item was clearly checked in the USPS system but never delivered.

What was your "Ship By" date? If it was before Aug 25, then the tracking doesn't show that you shipped on time and won't be covered. But if it was Aug26 or later, then you should be covered.

Amazon Buy Shipping protections
Amazon Buy Shipping shipments qualify for A-to-z and SAFE-T claims protections against "Package didn’t arrive" claims when multiple qualifications are met, including: "the order was shipped on time, which will be considered at the moment of the carrier’s first scan, not when you confirm shipment."
The USPS tracking for that order currently shows:
August 26, 2024: Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item.
The Claims team bases their review on carrier first-scan information, which in this case does not show that the item was shipped.
