Something Funny Happened Today
I was browsing through our seller feedback today on our US and Canadian accounts.
As usual, I try to get negative/neutral feedbacks removed which is undoubtly hard. Matter of fact, it's extermely rare Amazon will remove feedback automatically, even if they qualify for removal.
I click to remove one of the feedback and wow! It got removed. "We confirm this feedback doesn't meet our guidelines so we removed it" - or something like that. Wonderful!
Now I look a little closer, and I had selected the wrong feedback! I had selected a 5 star feedback that simply said "Very Good". 🤦
It's hilarious that we have all the trouble in the world to remove negative feedback but when I selected a perfectly good feedback, it was removed automatically.
