Cannot change unit count to correct ml
We listed a product on amazon and the unit count was 1 unit at 100ml. We sell a spray bottle with 100ml of product and all our products have the same volume - 100ml. This was correct for years and we didn't change anything on our listing from our side.
We realised that our one of our products all of a sudden had changed to 120ml (we did not do this), and we tried to change this and save the changes to the listing through "edit listing". The changes were not saving.
We then tried to contact Amazon support and they keep telling us that "the attribute has been claimed by another brand representative". We are the only seller of this product, we are the manufacturer and we are the brand representative. We are brand registered with Amazon.
They are telling us that they cannot change this their side and have contacted the "other" brand representative, but we've not received anything about this either.
We have been back and forth for weeks with over 20 different seller support staff, two support staff told us they had done it and would reflect in 24-48 hours but nothing changes.
HELP! has anyone had this issue fixed?

there are also many other cases that we have had the same responses in, its really frustrating as its such a simple thing to change however we cannot do it through edit listing as it does not save.
we did not even change this in the unit count it has always been 100ml, it all of a sudden changed when the new upload changes happened.
i would be really grateful if this can be finally resolved. The agents dont seem to read the case, and they seem to copy and paste their replies.
