Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.
What happens if I do not submit the required information?
If we do not receive the requested information your account will remain deactivated.
Any remaining FBA inventory of the items that caused "inauthentic" complaints will be destroyed at your expense, in accordance with the Business Solutions Agreement.

Just because you found a source for Funko does not mean you have authorization to sell.
Funko website declares they are not accepting new sellers at this time. When they do, there are strict requirements.
So clearly you were selling without authorization.

You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. Amazon may have ungated you for a CATEGORY but there can be 100's of brands in the category and they ALL have their own restrictions.
AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Without an LOA you are unlikely to be reinstated.
That is the policy now on the new, improved Amazon as demonstrated by the dozens of appeals for help with suspensions posted every day.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been seeing for the authenticity complaints. I understand you were utilizing a distributor of the brand, but our team is still taking the rejection.
Per our anti-counterfeit policy, counterfeit can be product that is inauthentic or unauthorized for sale on the platform. Our team may request sourcing information and/or authorization documentation to show that you are authorized.
They may not reject your initial attempt to list the product as they will assume that all of the steps to acquire the necessary permissions will have been taken. If there is any kind of indication that the products may not be permitted for sale, then they will request additional details from you.
If that information cannot be provide or verified, then they will reject the overall submission. If this occurs, we will not be able to guarantee a resolution for your situation.
