I’m currently facing a challenge with shipping a pallet to an Amazon AWD (Amazon Warehouse Distribution) center in the USA via sea shipment. We are based in Latvia, Europe, and while I have found a courier that can handle the shipping, I’m struggling to find a company that offers both customs clearance services and acts as an Importer of Record (IOR) from our country.

I’m looking for a reliable logistics provider that can handle both the sea shipment and customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery to the Amazon AWD warehouse in the USA.
