I have run into the Seller Identity Verification problem, I have successfully completed virtual identity verification on video call and I have show all the required document on this call, and I have also received the mail and notification for the successful completion of identity verification, the message I have received is given below

I have already uploaded my passport data and my bank statements several times. But Amazon rejects everything. Help solve the problem.
