DAC7 VAT rejected
Before 2 months I declared the DAC7 and it was validated. All good until 3 days ago - I received again a warning - account risk at deactivation due to DAC7 - when I go to declare it - The VAT is being rejected - it is a valid VAT number - I have contacted seller support providing them a notarized translation of the official VAT/ VIES document but still no answer why is this happening.... I received an answer that my issue had been forwarded to team specialist. Meanwhile I get an email that says: Your account is at risk of deactivation due to unaddressed violations that have lowered your Account Health Rating below 100. Resolve the violation(s) within 3 days of this notification to avoid impact to your account.
Please advise how to fix this issue...
