gtin exemption followed steps
I cannot get a clear answer from Amazon as what they need from me. I have spent hours trying to figure this out. I sell Bella+Canvas shirts and Gildan sweatshirts from Printify on Etsy and I want to also sell them on Amazon. I tried applying for a GTIN exemption and brand approval but keep getting declined. I attached my own photos of an example shirt. I don't know what else to do and I can't move forward. I guess I could just forget it and sell them as generic but I'd rather not. Help!

More that likely you are wasting your time asking for an exemption for your product. Amazon runs on GS! UPC's. With over 600 million products sold on the site, without a UPC, your product will be very hard to find.
Now with that said, if you have a Retailer's License in your state, have a USTOP registered brand name, a B&M retail store, and a standalone website URL with your brand name as the address, Getting the exemption is a lot easier. All of that shows Amazon that your brand really exists in the real world, and you are not attempting to start a brand using the site,
With Easy and eBay, you could be selling tomorrow with no problem.
