Does Amazon Canada have a different team that does their A-Z claims? I have been denied every single claim from Amazon.CA even with ample evidence. It is like they don't even read the appeals, no investigation, just full refund every single time. I use valid tracking, denied. The customer doesn't pay their import taxes, denied. It is absolutely ridiculous. So much so that I've just stopped shipping to Canada because they lose 25% of the packages anyways. Amazon Canada is awful. Protect the sellers and the customers, sureeeeeeee.
