Featured offer eligibility

I am a new seller and recently lost eligibility for the Featured Offer on all my listings. This happened because I did not initially configure my shipping settings properly, leading to a significant number of late orders. I fully acknowledge that this was a mistake on my part and I have since taken steps to rectify the issue.Currently, I have created my own brand and am in the process of sending all my inventory to Amazon for FBA fulfillment. However, I was surprised to find that my branded products, which are fulfilled by Amazon, are still not eligible for the Featured Offer, especially since I am the sole seller of these products.I have made a substantial investment in product development and compliance testing, and it’s been disheartening to see my listings without the Featured Offer. Given that I am the exclusive seller of my brand and I am now fully compliant with Amazon's policies, I kindly request that you review my account and restore my eligibility for the Featured Offer on my FBA listings.Due to the shipping template issue I faced in the beginning, I have not made a sale in over a month, and it feels nearly impossible to recover my metrics. Yeah, sadly that's not how it works....

Nobody will review your account. Bots keep track of your performance. Amazon is not a learn as you go platform and you are quite lucky you still have an account. Consider doing some off Amazon advertising, you have the Buy Box for people coming directly via your store link.

We are not going to talk about your authorization to use the Sprunki brand name for your generic listing.....
