When I Click on Identity Verification (Reverify), I was redirected to the CASE interface, so that I can't update and change my identity information, resulting in me not being able to complete the verification of the Consumer Notice Act, please fix this bug. please help!

The performance notification I received shows my account has been deactivated since Amazon has not received the requested information about INFORM Consumers Act. and ask me to submit Identity Verification information.
But we still have NO ENRTY to submit Identity Verification.
