Urgent help needed! The tracking number on my shipment is incorrect, and cannot get checked in and CS is not helping to change it, what can I do?
My logistics sent me a new label after I created one from the amazon partnered carrier. I put in the tracking number from the label my logistics sent, but amazon changed it to the automated one given for UPS.
I have created a case buy CS is not helpful Anyone know how to change the tracking? My shipment is there and signed for, but my shipment ID still says in transit because of the wrong tracking. I just need to get the correct tracking number to this shipment so they can check it in, but cannot get CS to help.
