New company and brand owner
I recently bought a company and it's brand. I have have transferred the brand ownership with the USPTO. Last week I finished registering the brand with Amazon Brand Registry. A few years before I bought the company, a customer listed most of the brands products on Amazon. Is there a way for me to take control of those product listings?

You can TRY to by sending Amazon copies of all the documentation showing that you own the company, the products, and, the brand.
Hopefully your account ownership on Amazon matches the information of the company and brand or you will have to PROVE to Amazon that you are the owner of BOTH entities!
You can start with BR but if they are no help you will have to go to the legal beagles.
These are the most recent addresses I that found on a different (more useful) Forum for the legal beagles…………...

If the listings are under the correct brand name, you should be able to 'claim them" via brand registry
