Amazon really needs a way to allow sellers to block customers.
I know its been said, but I felt the urge to say it again. Amazon really needs a way to allow sellers to block specific customers. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. Have a good day all.

Hi @Seller_QMHY087ZFYGDJ,
I know this post isn't exactly looking for a response but for anyone else landing here I always like to link my colleague Tatiana's post with links to report abuse, Safe-T claims and restocking fees when this subject arises.
If you're having repeated issues with a buyer and would like me to escalate any existing cases after reporting abuse feel free to share here.

I couldn't agree more. See the thread I started below on it 4 months ago. Hopefully Amazon will start reading these:

Absolutely
So many shady customers out there
It is ridiculous what amazon lets them get away with

I think the problem is worsening. Not only are we seeing more scammers, we're getting more returns from demanding customers who obviously read nothing on the detail page. Things such as "inaccurate website description" because the plates are "way too small" when the title includes the words "6-inch Plates."
It reminds me of my early days on eBay before I migrated to Amazon in search of better-informed buyers. For a long time, Amazon buyers did seem less troublesome, but now--not so much.

Amazon does not want to be sued for prejudice.

People buy things use them and return them and get away with it. All because they know amazon is a buyer centric company. If amazon does not change, and more sellers will start to move out.

I highly agree.... I have been used and abused also...

We do get the "you really should use signature confirmation on this order" message on the order page. The buyer turned out to be a real problem. Even though it would have hurt my ratings, the next time I see that message, I'm just going to cancel the order. A canceled order is far less harmful than a lost A-Z claim, and I don't know if its related, but my sales dropped to almost 0 after the claim was filed.

Reject orders from P.O. Boxes right up front.
