FCC ID field missing from listing – unable to update
Hi,
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for almost two months, and I’m stuck with no clear response or resolution from Amazon.
Amazon requested that I update the fcc_radio_frequency_emission_compliance field for my product (ASIN: B0DYV2MNCR) with the FCC ID. I fully understand the requirement and I do have the FCC certificate ready and valid, which I already uploaded manually through the Manage Your Compliance section weeks ago.
However, when I go to edit the listing via Manage Inventory > Edit > Compliance or All Attributes, there is no FCC ID field visible anywhere. I’ve checked every tab (Compliance, Safety, Product Information, All Attributes) and the field simply does not exist. In addition, I downloaded the flat file template for my product category to try updating it via spreadsheet — but the FCC ID field (fcc_radio_frequency_emission_compliance) is also missing there. So I’m unable to update it through either method.
So far, I have: Submitted multiple support cases, Clearly explained the issue and attached screenshots, Uploaded the FCC certificate via the compliance dashboard, tried updating via flat file as well
Yet I continue to receive generic, automated replies that don’t address the core issue: the FCC ID field is missing from the listing interface. There are no product violations or suppressed listings — my product remains under review, simply because I am unable to enter the FCC ID as instructed.
This has become extremely frustrating. I’m trying to comply with Amazon’s requirements, but the system is not allowing me to, and support hasn’t provided any real help.
If anyone has solved this or if an Amazon staff member is reading this, please help escalate the case properly.
Thank you.

Good Morning @Seller_zsJtOSzWvFjJc,
I wanted to reach out to you regarding your post here about not being able to add your FCC ID number in order to continue appealing the removal of your ASIN B0DYV2MNCR. I have gone ahead and reached out to one of our partner teams to see what next steps they can take in figuring out where the best place for this number is. They should get back to us within the next few business days.
Until then, have a wonderful weekend and take care. I look forward to following up with you soon.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
