Amazon techinal shipping address population error for Canada orders

Every single one of my Canada orders has shown up with incomplete addresses, with each missing only the street address. I have called on the phone with seller support and had multiple cases opened and have confirmed that this is a technical error on Amazon's end.

I have been trying to get this fixed and then refunded for all of the orders that I have had to refund due to the improper addresses. My shipping to Canada is super expensive and to have every single order not get delivered due to this technical error is frustrating. I have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars due to this error and have yet to have any response or help from seller support after they allegedly escalated the issue to a technical team.

Any advice on what to do to make sure I actually get help with this issue?
