hello its been 2 weeks now we are facing this issue of deactivation. amazon asked for a invoice and i provide that but its get rejected and we are getting auto generated response."the information you provided in insufficient".
as we are not a brand owner we can only provide invoice for the items.what else we have to provide please help with this.
