I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing issue with the disbursement of my funds. I received emails on July 25 and August 17, both stating the funds below would be disbursed on the next settlement date -- with no subsequent disbursement made after the next settlement dates of August 7, August 21, and September 4.
I have opened cases 15876527111, 15841354331, & 15806331521 on August 9, August 15, and August 21; and emailed my concerns on 8/21 and have received no substantive responses.
I know you must be busy, and sending another case or email is not helping.
This situation is causing significant concern, as it seems to place me in a perpetual loop without resolution. As you can imagine, I am eager to receive the funds that have been on hold since March 7.
I have the following funds pending:
US Marketplace:
- Standard Orders: $12,311.25
- Invoiced Orders: $329.85
Canada Marketplace:
- Standard Orders: $41.28
Less Reserved Fund: $4,410.00
Amount to be Disbursed: $8,272.38
The bank account ending in 821, which is listed as my deposit method, is still valid. I kindly request that these funds be disbursed today, as agreed.
If this is not possible, could you please provide more detailed information regarding the delay beyond the standard form letter? I would appreciate any clarity you can offer on this matter.
