Store Status INACTIVE but Account Healthy

Hello. I'm trying to figure out why my store status is inactive. My account health is good. Could it be because I don't have any inventory in my store at the moment? Or that I haven't used it in quite a few months? I don't see any notifications telling me I need to do anything in addition.

Most likely since you haven't used it in a few months, it was set to inactive to prevent hijackers. You probably need to re-verify.

Most likely since you haven't used it in a few months, it was set to inactive

As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, accounts will move to inactive after periods of being idol. You may need to complete a re-verification process to be allowed full use of the account again.

I have reached out to our community managers to follow up with you on this process, in the mean time you may want to review your account information page to ensure all of your information is updated, and if there are any requests or requirements to full them.
