My account has been deactivated, and I've received an email that states that it was deactivated because I have a separate account in Canada. Such account has a SIMILAR name but the account is not mine, I don't even sell on Canada. I mean I have the USA account that is linked to Canada, Mexico and Japan, but I only sell to USA. Anyway, I have to probe that the account with the similar name is not mine, how do you even probe that? How do you probe something that you don't have. But still, do you guys have any recommendation about how to do it?
