Products Inactived without warning for product safety issue

Hello,

We had an issue with a child asin not showing under a parent asin so we unlinked the asins and linked them under a new parent asin to try and resolve the issue. Today all of a sudden most of the child asins disappeared and said there was a product safety issue. We had previously uploaded all the compliance information so there's some sort of glitch. Can anyone help? The last time we added a new product the safety approval took almost a month.
