AWD Capacity Limit?

Received this message today when trying to send inventory to AWD

I've tried different SKUs, for different amounts, and continue to get the same error message.

Case ID 17796723341 has already been opened. Our current FBA capacity is only 60% usage and I was not aware of a capacity limit for AWD shipments as the program is designed for longer storage of overflow inventory.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue today? Can any moderators help?

Case ID 17796723341 has already been opened. Our current FBA capacity is only 60% usage and I was not aware of a capacity limit for AWD shipments as the program is designed for longer storage of overflow inventory.

We got this message a couple of weeks ago. We tried again the next day and then had no issues creating the AWD shipment. Not really sure why.

On the first day, a few minutes after getting the AWD is at capacity message, we received an email from AGL encouraging us to ship with AGL to AWD. Lol, um thanks, I'm trying!
