I need to add a secondary user to my central seller account to manage certain aspects of the business. This person has an Amazon Seller Central account that is not related to our business. If I send him an invitation to add him as a secondary user, amazon requests that he create a new seller account. We do not want to move forward with both accounts being related as we understand this is against Amazon's Multiple Account policy. Would it be necessary to use another device, email, phone number, IP address?

We need to know if in this situation we can add this person as a secondary user and what are the steps to not violate any policy. The videos that are on the platform are not clear in this type of circumstances.
